Frames

We offer:

• Full refund within 7 days of purchase
• Exchange or store credit within 30 days of purchase

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

• Frames must be in their original condition
• Original packaging must be included
• Frames must not show signs of damage, misuse, or excessive wear

Because many of our frames are one-of-a-kind vintage pieces, we encourage customers to try them on and ensure they are the perfect fit before purchasing.

Prescription Lenses

All prescription lenses are custom-made to your prescription and lifestyle needs.

Lens Refunds

• Prescription lenses are eligible for a 50% refund
• If you are unable to adapt to progressive lenses, we can exchange them for single vision, bifocal, or trifocal lenses at no additional charge
• No refund will be issued when changing from one lens type to another

Prescription Change Guarantee

If your prescription changes shortly after your purchase:

• We will replace your prescription lenses at no charge within 6 months of purchase
• After 6 months, new lenses will need to be purchased at current pricing

Rx Lens Warranty

All Revival prescription lenses include a 2-Year Warranty.

First Year

• One complimentary replacement for manufacturer defects in lenses or coatings

Second Year

• Replacement lenses available at 50% off the original lens purchase price

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover loss, theft, accidental damage, or misuse.

Non-Prescription Lenses & Sunglasses

Due to the nature of custom-tinted and specialty lenses, non-prescription lenses are not covered by a scratch warranty.

If you'd like to update your lens color or refresh your lenses in the future, we're happy to replace them for a reasonable fee.

Sale & Clearance Items

All sale, clearance, discounted, and final-sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Partially refunded items are also not eligible for additional returns or exchanges.
