Everything you need to know about how we get your eyewear to you.

Thank you for shopping with Revival Vintage Eyewear. We take pride in offering carefully curated vintage frames and custom-crafted prescription eyewear. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after purchase
  • Because many of our products are custom-made or one-of-a-kind, processing times may vary depending on the product ordered
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day
  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information

Prescription Eyewear & Lens Orders

Prescription eyewear, lens replacements, and custom lens orders require additional production time. Most prescription orders are completed and shipped within 7–14 business days, though some prescriptions, specialty lens materials, coatings, or custom tint requests may require additional time.

Production timelines may vary based on:

  • Prescription complexity
  • Lens type and material
  • Specialty coatings or treatments
  • Custom tinting
  • Laboratory processing times

If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Vintage Frames

Many of our frames are genuine vintage pieces and may be one-of-a-kind. All frames undergo a final inspection before shipment. In the rare event that a frame becomes unavailable due to damage, inventory discrepancy, or quality concerns, we will contact you immediately to discuss a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund.

Domestic Shipping

  • We currently ship throughout the United States
  • Shipping rates and available shipping methods are displayed at checkout
  • Delivery times vary based on the shipping option selected and destination
  • Estimated delivery dates provided by shipping carriers are estimates only and are not guaranteed

In-Store Pickup

  • Customers may select in-store pickup when available
  • Once your order is ready, we will notify you by email, phone call, or text message
  • Please wait for confirmation before arriving to pick up your order
  • Orders will only be released to the purchaser or an authorized individual designated by the purchaser

Shipping Delays

While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. Revival Vintage Eyewear is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Carrier service interruptions
  • Labor disruptions
  • Customs delays
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
  • Other events outside our reasonable control

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, delivery responsibility transfers to the carrier.

  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist with the carrier claim process
  • Revival Vintage Eyewear is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier but are subsequently lost, stolen, or misplaced
  • We recommend shipping to a secure location where packages can be safely received

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. If an incorrect shipping address is provided and an order must be reshipped, additional shipping charges may apply. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately — we cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed or shipped.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available on select orders. Customers are responsible for any:

  • Customs duties
  • Import taxes
  • Value-added taxes (VAT)
  • Brokerage fees
  • Other fees imposed by their country

Revival Vintage Eyewear is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss for products pass to the customer upon delivery of the order to the shipping carrier.
