Revival Vintage Eyewear began with an unexpected discovery and an even more unexpected reunion.
Jon and Jenna first met while teaching English together at San Diego State University. Years later, after building a successful vintage watch business sourcing from Japan, Jon stumbled upon a pair of vintage eyeglass frames that sold almost immediately online. Inspired, he began collecting unworn vintage eyewear from around the world, especially Japan.
During the COVID lockdowns, Jenna came across one of Jon's Instagram posts and reached out after years apart. What started as helping photograph frames and manage online sales soon became a shared vision: bringing exceptional eyewear and personalized service to more people.
In 2021, they opened Revival Vintage Eyewear in North Park. Today, with locations in North Park and Bird Rock, an incredible team, and the support of our community, Revival has grown into one of San Diego's premier eyewear destinations.
