At Revival, we have an in-house lab, which means we can make many lenses right here in the shop.

Same Day Glasses, Right Here in San Diego

Revival Vintage Eyewear is an independent optical shop with two San Diego locations in Bird Rock and North Park.

Because we have our own in-house lab, you don't have to wait for every pair of lenses to be sent out to another lab.

Bring us your prescription, choose your frame and lenses, and we'll take care of the rest.

For a traditional single vision prescription, many orders can be completed in about 30 minutes.

That means you can come in, find a frame, have your lenses made and walk out wearing your new glasses the same day.

What If You Already Have a Frame?

You don't have to buy a new frame to get new lenses.

We also replace lenses in frames you already own.

This is especially useful if you have a pair that fits really well, a vintage frame you don't want to lose, or a designer frame that isn't available anymore.

Bring it in and we'll take a look.

We specialize in vintage eyewear and independent designers, so our selection is a little different from what you'll find at a typical optical store.

Our vintage collection includes authentic unworn frames from decades past, along with current independent brands.

You might find a 1970s frame, a Japanese acetate from the 1990s, or something completely unexpected.

Our inventory changes all the time, so what's here today might not be here next week.

If you don't have a current prescription, our North Park location also offers eye exams with an independent optometrist.

That means you may be able to take care of your eye exam and your glasses in the same visit.
